Trent joined the team in 2010. His focus is serving as our account manager, systems engineer, and onsite technician. He helps clients by researching, testing, implementing and training end users on new and current technologies for the small business. Trent continues to maintain a strong focus on Cyber Security Solutions, Business Continuity Planning and Implementation, and Network Technologies to ensure his clients can continue to do what they do best. He believes, “Our clients need a team that maintains an expertise in current technologies and we have a group of individuals that mixes world-class service with industry leading skills.”
Trent earned a Networking and Information Systems Support degree from Owens Community College. He also holds certifications in CompTia Network +, Double-Take Backup & Disaster Recovery, StorageCraft Engineer and Microsoft Windows 8.1 Installation and Support.
Outside work, Trent and his wife Molly enjoy spending time with their growing family, cycling, walking and working on projects around their home in Norton.
